Well first I want to clarify that most sororities own their house. I think it's only Alpha Gam(who is in Sig Eps house) and Phi Mu (who's house was originally built by Omega Psi Phi) who's nationals didn't build their house. But I don't think those are deciding factors in who gets to live in the house. Each chapter may decide differently. I think a lot of it comes down to if there is going to be spots in the house from girl's graduating or going abroad. We did have freshman get spots in the house second semester. It's great that you want to live in the house. Good luck with recruitment.
