Most sororities it would be your sophomore year, and not sure about using scholarship housing money - it might actually depend on the sorority and whether or not they own the house (I think the newer ones don't own, they lease from kicked out frats whose houses they are currently in). Pi phi will end up with a house too bc some fraternity will get kicked out as usc continues to try to destroy fraternity life at usc. my advice is to live in your dorm freshman year so you can meet people from outside your sorority as well!! sophomore year is a good year to live in the house, or later if you go exec, but living off campus at usc in an awesome house is a great part of the experience too!
