You'll never get an "accurate" ranking. I'd suggest just not worrying about tier because it honestly doesn't really matter. There are some major weirdos in top fraternities just not as many as the lower ones which, likewise, can have cool guys in it too. Really wouldn't worry about/don't even look at this site it's all personal opinion. Just go with who you like the best, not who you think people think is the best...
