fraternities have older brothers who live outside of the village and throw huge parties at their houses. you aren't going to see people pouring drinks out of a keg in the front lawn of sigma chi if that's what you're asking. fraternities also rent out bars and have ragers there. parties at the fraternity houses are mostly like hall parties on the top floor and pregames. before you start saying something stupid, usc is one of the biggestparty schools in the country - we just use multiple venues to do it.
