Ka, Sae, Snu, Kappa Sig all have their own unique mixes of Adpi, Kd, TriDelt. Chi Psi, Pi kap, Pike are mostly Axo and Zeta. Other sororities hang out with these feats if they’re lucky or they know someone, but it’s always a token middle tier girl. From my experience of the northern sororities Zeta probably branches out with southern guys the most and of the southern sororities Adpi’s vary the most in their social circles and could be seen with northern guys.
