agreed with moving kd up to "top tier" but I think gphi is int he right spot - it still has them as "bottom tier", so not sure what you're talking about with one pc doesn't make them "middle tier" (I agree but they are labled as bottom tier). maybe move axid ahead of them, but axid really has only had one good pc as well, and gphi gets the edge bc they have been here for more than 5 years and actually were the ones who allowed new sororities to exist at usc
