Phi mu was only better than they are now, but not top tier by miles - they were (and still are, kinda) new and middle tier ish. Xo was bottom top tier at one point a while back but their toxicity became widely known as well as their insecurity being exposed (INSANE self ranking on here especially around rush and tearing down other sororities). They are still ok (lower mid now) but seriously need to chill
