Retention rates are SUCH an important indicator of how good a chapter is. Beyond looks, dollar signs, etc. When choosing a chapter understanding these rates are so important because it’s an indication of how strong a sisterhood is. These are the chapters with the highest retention rates from class to class (in alphabetical order): ADPI, AGD, XO, DZ, KD These are the chapters with more alarmingly retention rates (also in alphabetical order): AXO, DDD, GPB, ZTA The rest kind of fall in middle as an average. Don’t forget to keep this in mind!! Look beyond tiers.
