Literally not true. Beta was OFFICIALLY around when frats first started before the civil war, died out when the war happened, and came back OFFICIALLY in the 2010s. Not the history that (very few now, sadly, bc of beta actually) some frats have here. The house is 1000000% not owned by beta. All the houses are still owned by the original nationals that opened the houses in the early 2000’s. None have transferred ownership except maybe the aphia to gamma phi (bc aphia never ended up living there). Beta is paying rent to lxa (who was a terrible excuse for a fraternity their whole existence here at usc so I’m not lxa). Don’t make up a narrative bc you think no one can call it out.
