I had my #1 and dead last houses for pref day, and I got #11. Bid day was sad for me because I got pity without even looking for it. People tried to make me feel better by telling me the bottom tiers can pull from other house to make quota because so few have them as #1, but I don't care about that. I heard be proud you're not a quitter or you can make the difference. Well the quitters and suiciders get to do spring rush, COB and all that stuff. Do I really have to give it a try with the others who wouldn't even wear their t-shirts Monday? Do I have to pay higher semester fees because of the low numbers of girls? I thought the ranking was just overdone in the south, but now even the Cornell admin is coming down hard on a ranking site. I would rather be a GDI and make my own way. I am tired of the baseless judging.
