KA is not top tier at all, only relevant because they are southern and on campus. Switch Chi Psi with Pi Kapp. Kappa Sig is top 5 at this point in 2019. Sigma Nu and SAE are overrated but you can call them the best just because they have been around a while and are on campus. Top 5 right now is SAE, Sigma Nu, Pi kappa Phi, Kappa Sigma, Chi Psi then Pike at #6. In terms of being the best I hear more about Pi Kapp and Pike and Chi Psi then I do about the southern fraternities. Chi Psi is going down hill just because they are in hot water with IFC but they are still top. Best Southern Frat: Kappa Sigma. Best Northern Frat: Pi Kapp.
