Accurate with the caveat that if we're calling Lambda middle tier then Beta and Phi Sig might as well be on the middle tier list too. Pi Kapp, Pike and Chi Psi are a little more sought after than Beta/Phi Sig/Lambda but you'll have a decent time in any of them. I personally always though Chi Psi and Pikes were huge douchebags/bartards though, but the crazy chicks from Jersey and Philly like that so they do seem to get with some pretty attractive girls though. Just need to tone it down on the whole try hard/frat guy thing a bit.
