Please please please keep in mind that if you are going through rush in August this is probably the WORST website to get recruitment advice from. The house rankings and comments (which you should NOT care about anyway) are completely invalid. And the advice you are getting should not be taken to heart. The fact is, every sorority at USC has different values and focuses, so girls from different sororities are going to give you different opinions and advice about recruitment. Some houses are more traditional than others, while some houses are more laid back. You won't get a good idea about the houses before you actually get to Columbia and go through each house and talk to the girls. After all, you can't believe everything you read on the internet. Y'all will have an orientation before recruitment starts and you'll learn a lot about the process there. The best thing to do is to honestly NOT STRESS, enjoy your last summer before you come to the BEST college in the world, and be EXCITED to start the process.
