Snap bid- you cross your fingers a chapter doesn’t meet quota, remembers and liked you, and invites you to join on bid day COB- a chapter still has capacity for members because they aren’t at total. For this you’d have to find out from someone in the chapter that they’re doing it, get invited to the house to meet their membership vp, and potentially be given a bid that way.
