Thank you, but unfortunately, the voice of experience is there because I've seen too many PNMs do this. You put things beautifully, though -- "a bid from any sorority is a gift of sisterhood." PNMs who go into recruitment with that mindset are most likely to find the best fit, and when they find the best fit, odds are good they will have a very positive experience as a member. You get what you put into it, right? The system is designed to work so that PNMs will, as you said, end up where they should. I know more than a few who accepted bids to their second choice and never looked back. They realized that, if they had to rank again, their second choice would have been first!
