What's done is done. All you can do is move forward and do what you can to increase your odds of having a good recruitment. Honestly, though, you came in here sounding like your back was up and your claws were out. Maybe that's because you had "just read" the info that upset you, but you need to pull all that back in. No point worrying about what you can't control, which includes member selection. Focus on what you can control: Get recommendations to every chapter, make sure all your social media is in good shape, choose now to keep an open mind throughout rush and go into it with your best foot forward.
