Dirty rushing is if a girl in a sorority here at USC tries to talk to you about joining her sorority here at USC before formal recruitment starts, if she messages you on Facebook or somehow gets your number and starts talking to her about her sorority and trying to persuade you to join said sorority. If someone tried to dirty rush you, you should definitely NOT respond because if you're caught you will be disqualified from recruitment and will not be able to join a sorority! Dirty rushing is very illegal in rush terms and if the chapter finds out someone has been dirty rushing, they get fined. It may be awkward not to respond if someone is talking to you but it's in your best interests not to!
