What is this even about? Are you asking if chi o is on the rise? Yeah, they are, but hold your horses. The top tier at this school will not change for a very long time. ZTA has been falling for years and in most people's opinion should be mid tier, but isn't--yet. What ΧΩ and ΑΧΩ have succeeded in doing, though, is creating a tier to themselves that places them in a secondary top tier.
