I liked Chi O a lot at first during rush but dropped them because I could tell how fake they were during recruitment and they didn't seem to be as genuine as other houses. I don't know who is really considered "top tier" and don't want to post a list that others won't agree with, but I personally don't really care about titles. I just want to find a group of girls who I can be myself around and didn't get that feeling from Chi O at all. In my personal opinion, ADPi and KD seem to have the most genuine rush from what I've seen and talked about with girls in those houses.
