maybe if anyone actually knew what they were talking about. some sororities nationally allow girls to go "inactive" which means they can still technically be a member just not pay dues or participate. Those members are included in chpater size. some sororities however do not let you do this, so those members will drop. adpi lets girls go inactive so they have a higher chapter size but other sororities you cannot go inactive meaning members drop, thus a smaller chpater size xoxo you idiots
