Fredericksburg is not any more southern than nova, it's just the boonies and people who can't afford to live inside the beltway. More like "north of Charlotte" is what you are going for but that isn't true anyways either. There are less Yankees in the top tier fraternities outside of pi kapp and chi psi but there are still some. But those two have a ton and are really good.
