Usually COB isn't something that's advertised because it's looked down upon (it means a chapter didn't meet quota)-- you have to know somebody. I'd recommend contacting the individual chapter presidents and asking. (if you go to the FSL website from student affairs, on the lower right side of the homepage there's a listing of president contact information). Also, Alpha Xi Delta will begin recruitment August 24th, so that's an option.
