No one is truly this way in person. People use the anonymity of this website to say nasty things about other organizations to make their chapter look better. Nothing is wrong with bottom tier, tiers don't even matter that much. The biggest thing to remember when going through recruitment is to find your home- somewhere you feel the most comfortable all around. There are different types of people in each organization, but you will find that place to call home if you just focus on values, conversations and what your gut/heart is telling you!
