Apparently Pi Phi wants to build their own house (which seems will never happen, but to each their other...). But I'm pretty sure Alpha Xi Delta or Beta will take it over, but Sigma Chi would rather burn their house down than give it to beta honestly. Alpha Gam's lease at the Sig Ep house ends Fall 2017, so if the boys don't have enough members by then, the girls keep the house. ATO just got kicked off a second time last semester so they probably won't get it back for a long time. Kappa Sig is keeping the house and is planning on recolonizing soon I believe? Either that or they didn't lose their charter or something - not so sure about this one.
