adpi kd tridelt and zeta can all be labeled differently by different people. the chapters are so big that some people think one house is "more top" than another. they are also top tiers for different reasons. adpi and kd are involved and classy, but don't focus on looks as much. tridelt and zeta focus on looks and being social but both have bad reputations. there is not one top house at usc and there will never be one, its too hard with such a big greek community.
