DPhi is off because earlier this year during room inspections, a hazing manual was found. The frat was put on probation and were not allowed to participate in formal recruitment. The OFSA said that if they found DPhi rushing kids, they would get kicked off. DPhi ghost rushed a bunch of kids, OFSA found out and they just got kicked off the hill. Sad to see them go.
