With recruitment being virtual this year its safe to say there is going to be a slight shift in ranks and each incoming PC’s dynamic. Recruitment is extremely superficial based on what people wear and look like. With virtual recruitment houses can't just rely on their reputation and looking cute prancing around to win over potential members. They will actually need to have good, meaningful conversations. No house is taking a hot chick who is a brick wall in a conversation and no frosh is choosing a house that doesn’t genuinely try to get to know them.
