Top houses are overrated. Go where you like the girls best and where they like you. You still would have a chance at the top houses but its gonna be pretty slim and youd have to make a killer impression during rush. The other sororities dirty rush too but not as much as GPhi. Pi Phi definitely dirty rushes a good chunk of the pc. KD a little bit less so. Zeta, A Gam, and Theta do a little but its really not a big deal.
