Yeah mids fo sho but very different vibes and brothers to me. TX always seems a little edgier/sketchy and Chi Phi a little pretentiousness. On a typical day probably a slight edge to chi phi because try hard over slacker probably wins but neither makes you as comfortable as if TX tried a little harder and Chi Phi chilled a little more. Personality adjustments won't move the houses out of the tier but if one corrects there would be more separation between the two.
