it may scare them but the sororitys are free to associate how they wish. if the sororitys makes it a Gphi Pike/KA event yes that could be a problem. But Pike and KA need to take the first step. They need to give up letters, use non school / non greek communications, invite member of sororitys and not the house (using non school/ non greek contact info) and then party and do what they want to. Keeping a low social profile and never using anyone's letters is the key, oh yeah also never put the mixer on a sorority calendar. The result is that you are having a fun group and inviting a variety of people e.g., the soccer team and gphi. Just a group of unaffiliated students inviting a bunch of fellow students over for a party - all off campus.
