1/2. No one is going to hire you because you were in their frat. It's basically at best a conversation starter. 3. Make a simple rule - no access to parties until you pay dues. Or, have a cover charge for people. 10$ per guy, 5$ per girl. Pretty easy. 4. Ok, that's the schools problem. If they drive the frats off, they have to live with the consequences.
