Frat life on this campus has just become littered with mostly rich, spoiled, privledged young BOYS. It's just a squalor of "which frat can host the most epic drunken event" without getting caught. Poor (if any) risk management in place. Really NO ONE CARES if you want to get loaded. It is only when alcohol is used in excess since it is handled Irresponsibley - mostly to those under 21. We get it - you all believe the legal drinking age in PA should be 16-18. Let's just say you are doing a VERY POOR JOB of pleading your case. With great freedoms comes great responsibility. THIS is where you are losing it guys.
