There are still more 9s and 10s in the top 3, but there are definitely more impressive girls in the middle tier than there used to be. I think some of them just prefer a more low-key sorority experience. You also have to keep in mind that the rankings are essentially based on hard partying and appearances. In that world, they can have as much attitude as they want as long as they are hot. If you are going to expand the criteria to consider personalities, attitudes, intelligence and start thinking of sorority girls as actual people, that is a whole different ranking.
