This is wholly untrue. Lambda-Dchi hybrid is waaaaay more desirable than pike. even with the smelly weirdos. Also, most girls on the hill prefer TX over KA, they throw much crazier parties and actually switch it up. You never know what you might find there. KA is pretty baseline predictable, same guys and same 90's rock lol. They're still fun though, great brotherhood and an all around good time.
