Agreed. Phi Kap is known for having a more hardcore party attitude with KA following slightly behind in this area, but both have great brotherhood. If you rush Chi Phi, be aware that although they have good brotherhood and parties/bbqs, most other fraternities do not like or respect them, so associating outside of the organization might be challenging
