AGD is not lower middle. They're improving for sure, but they just don't get the same caliber of girls as Gamma Phi and DZ. During recruitment, they pref A LOT of girls who have either been dropped from everywhere else or who only got invited to AGD and DG. The only people who actually think that AGD is lower mid are other AGDs and unfortunately a ton of them troll this site. Everything else looks good except I'd still put tri delt as upper mid. They didn't have the best recruitment this year, but they still have a lot of high quality PNMs and are a fairly well-desired house outside of old row. Also SK is great and I definitely think they're upper mid, but they do not have the same social calendar as the top tier sororities. They still have a couple frats they need to drop from their social calendar.
