1. Absolutely not you have to live in a dorm no matter what. You can live in the house sophomore year. 2. Quota is max. They have them so that all sororities have a basically equal amount of new members. 3. They won't schedule freshman welcome and bid day on top of each other since they're both for a lot of people so don't worry about it. Hope this helped! Any other questions?
