I'm a DPhi from another GA school thinking about transferring to UGA and no, it's not for the sorority experience. UGA has my new major, current school doesn't. I don't understand the emphasis on national tiers. I mean after I graduate, if I need job help or whatever, I'd rather turn to my chapter sisters than a national org that doesn't know me. And as far as DPhiE is concerned, maybe they'd be a top chapter even if they colonized late. Tiers are such a campus thing. My cousin goes to Northeastern and DPhiE is one of the oldest orgs but not the top, partially because they don't care what everyone thinks of them and they seem to love their sisterhood regardless.
