As a transfer from KSU I can tell you DPhiE is only top there because they were one of the first two sororities to colonize there in the 80's, the first being PhiMu. They get so many return rates because the next sorority to colonize after DPhiE was Gamma Phi, who didn't have such a great start, then AOll who are pretty good. There wasn't another big name sorority at KSU until KD who are only 5 years old and ZTA who are just two years old colonized. AZD just colonized too and they have about as good of a name as AOll. Pretty much everyone in the sorority there knows DPhiE isn't a strong national sorority and know they got really lucky there but are eager to help them grow all throughout Georgia.
