Based on the info below the true old row sororities would be : Phi Mu, XO, AGD, KD, ADPI, DDD, AOPI, and Theta . The rest of the 17 would be considered new row. If you base it on demographics: South vs N Milledge then your old row would not soley be ( ADPI, PHI MU, KKG, THETA AND XO ). Look at a map. It would included AGD, ZETA, KD, PBP, DZ, SK, DDD, AOPI, DG also. The only sorority not on south milledge is AXO
