Not specifically what you asked, but go talk to Greek Life and register now, and also mention your interest to any friends you have who are currently in sororities. Try to get invited to dinner at the house or an open event. I'd guess that a lot of sororities will take members because total is set so high right now, but many aren't going through the formal channels. Most chapters will be pledging 10 or fewer to fill spots of transfers and graduates, so they'll probably take names of people to invite from their chapter members before they go down the Greek Life list.
