Ok, the concept of old row keeps getting used incorrectly and there seems to be a lot of questions on here about it. Old row doesn't officially exist here. However at UA it is a very real thing. Even within the old row system at UA, there is more classism within that, which includes the "first circle" sororities. First circle at UA (in this order) is Tri Delta, KD, and AGD. Then, Old row is all first circle sororities plus Chi O, KKG, Phi mu, AXO. Then there is the machine or theta nu epsilon, which is a secret society all unto itself. It's mostly old row sororities and fraternities plus others. Anyways, that's what old row is I guess. Sounds pretty intense to me.
