Agree completely about Phi Mu & ZTA. There are a few others I'd include too. And I think everyone knows SDT has a great sisterhood and Greek grind is great. But girls don't like to go back there during rush because they're different, and they don't have a good social calendar. Theyre still a great group, but most people consider them to be a bottom tier house because of that. I personally like them though and would rank them higher!
