I totally agree with the RE: Alum post. Many comments on this site could be considered "bullying" and "harassment." When did Freedom of Speech override common decency? When did hiding behind a "nickname" become a license to degrade others? When did our society become so mean and hateful? I am so worried about what is happening in our society today. I thought one of the missions of Greek organizations and colleges/universities was to prepare members/students to enter the work force and teach them to give back to others, not to hide behind anonymous post that are mean, hateful, rude, disrespectful and in most cases false. The Greek community needs to come together and stop this nonsense. We are only as strong as our weakest link. Together, NPC/IFC can survive, but if the sororities and fraternities don?t stop all this in-fighting, they are all going to be history.
