Nope! Not all of the houses even do spring recruitment, and if they do its generally kept quiet. They also tend to only take a few girls. You do not get to visit all of the houses. Typically about 80% of girls invited to each specific house are friends with actives. It is far better to rush during formal recruitment, but the deadline was a few days ago.
