It's half true, SAE, KA, PDT, SN (and more I can't remember rn) all lost their houses on the original Greek row when UGA reclaimed the land. Most fraternities found land and built houses except for SN. Eventually the original Greek circle fraternities (Pike PDT KS TEP) included SN and even helped them fund building the house. SNs alumni are like ATOs, historic but not active enough to support them like other alumni networks. Having them with the old row frats is very funny as a result
