Order should be, in IMHO: 1. KA - #1, smarter than folks think, attractive boys. My experience, friendly, too. Good genes! More Southern-oriented than the others in this top 5. 2. (tie) Chi Phi - Very popular for their parties. A ton of out-of-state boys and sons of rich Atlanta. They rock. 2. Fiji (tie) - Chi Phi are two very different fraternities. It seems rare that rushees have bids from both. But both are excellent. They seek out rushees with different backgrounds, experience, and expectations of what a fraternity should be. Smart, ambitious. 4. SAE - Former #1, which gets softer and softer every year. But still high quality rushees. Lots of legacies. Shower Cap, their biggest party of the year, is a must attend event. 5. ATO - Get better every year. But still behind the prior four. Not by much, though.
