SP literally hands out bids to anybody. I've known dudes who were just at a bar that SP was at chatting with one brother not realizing they were at a rush event and gotten bids. Their PCs are routinely 35% solid guys who didn't really understand how Rush worked and just accepted their first-night bids, and 65% weirdos who didn't get into any other frats
