other than SigEp and Delta Sig SAE has the easiest pledgeship by far. this chapter has gone down hill the last 10 years. also Switch AEPi with OX. AEPi maybe niche but they don't have the creep rep like OX does, they have more money and history then OX and they most definitely have better pull than OX, whose best sorority is probably a mid like PiPhi. AEPi pulls KD's and AOll's on their own. also if you have TEP that high AEPi needs to be slightly higher, TEP has better parties and pcs recently on their own but AEPi has connects with top southern fraternities for joints and sororities.
