here is the yearly ranks! every other one reeks with bias. this is actually how it is here at UGA. 4 important tiers with the 5th being unimportant. top 1.KA 2.CHIPHI 3.FIJI 4.ATO 5.SAE 6.SX Barely anyone groups SX here but i wanted to split 24 groups equally so they made the cut here. all have great name recognition nationally and have been here since before 1900. KA is the top southern house, ChiPhi is the top northern house, Fiji is the best liberal house, ATO is probably the second best southern group but are mostly OOS southerners. SAE needs better nationals or needs to disaffiliate at this point because 60% of their guys are mid level soft due to going through a lower mid level pledgeship, if they didnt have their history as the first fraternity, throw the best parties at UGA and didnt have the best house on campus they would be mid AF. up mid 7.SNu 8.KS 9.PDT 10.PKA 11.DSP 12.PKP SN would be higher if they didnt blanket bid the most random dudes an didnt need another frats alumni to build them a house awhile ago. KS house is dirty and old and they just rechartered the need a very long time to have any hopes of recaliming their top position. still probably the best parties and the house is set up great for events despite being destroyed by TKE before they retook it. PDT is chill af and have a great time, they also have really good history. nothing bad to say other than nationals holds their parties back by alot. Pike has a bad rep but rage just as hard as any of the top 6 groups and proabbly the best of this tier. DSP needs time but tbh are probably just as good as SX SN and KS party and pull wise. PKP has an amazing house and is solid AF, not as historic as the other here minus DSP but are a great group, with pull that probably matches ATO and Fijis. honorable mentions 13.SPE 14.BTP i wont group these with lower mid groups because they are way closer to the above groups then the below groups. good name recognition nationally here. BTP is good pull wise but its their name nationally that draws guys in here not their history. SigEp like SAE needs to disaffiliate with their nationals because it is wrecking them. they used to be easily top 8 here and are still top quality guys and pull but their events without joints are terrible. mid 15.SP 16.DTD 17.TEP 18.OX all 4 of these groups have good houses and guys but their pull with good groups is not established yet. all have average name recognition nationally but actually rage pretty hard here. SP is the best of this group here and the biggest group but like KS they need to renovate their house badly and their name recognition is not good even being a southern frat. DTD needs to move their house a lot closer to campus but tbh they have the best guys in this group. TEP is niche but still pretty good, and OX just returned with KS awhile ago, they need time because they don't have the same name recognition and have a bad rep at UGA, not as bad as Pikes but its definitely comparable. their house and mid pull from their previous chapter is all that is keeping them here. lo mid 19.AEPi 20.LXA 21.AGR 22.ChiPSi 23.DKE 24.PKT AEPi and Lambda should be moved up and i debated making another honorable mentions section but didnt want to. AGR is very niche and the others here are either really new or just chill groups that have been around awhile. everyone else is bottom.
